    It takes us approximately 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are processed within the following 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume.

    As soon as your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. That email includes your tracking number and a link to follow your order status. You can also check the status at any time from your account page on our website.

    Please note that for US customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands, standard shipping will take 15-25 days and expedited shipping 10-13 days.

    If you wish to ship to a PO BOX, the delivery time will be approx. 11 to 21 days, and this policy applies to all countries. We therefore recommend filling in your shipping address with a specific street address instead of a PO BOX to get your package within a desirable time.

    If you have filled in your address incorrectly, please contact our customer service team immediately to change your address before the shipment leaves. Once the items have shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
